This week Napa Cab continues to reign supreme and we saw an impressive showing from Italy with a highly-rated red and a white wine that is flying off the shelves. Here today, gone tomorrow get these top sellers before they are gone forever!


2010 Podere Paradiso Saxa Calida- WSI 94+ It boasts a dense ruby/purple color as well as big, thick, chewy, mocha, black currant, and kirsch liqueur-like aromas and flavors, fabulous purity, well-integrated, smoky wood, an unctuous texture, low acidity, and an explosive finish. Already delicious, it promises to evolve for a decade

2013 Silver Ghost Cabernet Sauvignon WSI 94 points! A striking Cabernet Sauvignon crafted from some of the finest vineyards in Rutherford, St. Helena and Pope Valley. Complex, dark fruit aromas of black cherry, blueberry, and cassis burst from the glass along with toast, smoked herbs, and coffee. On the palate, this wine reveals phenomenal purity and opulent fruit with lush and well-integrated tannins supporting a rich texture and depth that continue through the long finish.

2014 Mustilli Sannio Sant’Agata dei Goti Greco- Simple freshness and brightness that is put on such confident display. Pear, white peach, Golden Delicious apple and dusty mineral converge on the bouquet. The effect is one of definition and focus. Greco grapes come from 25-year-old vines planted 300 meters above sea level in clay and limestone soils that are rich in organic material. The wine is vinified in steel and sees brief lees contact.
