1999 Parador Red Blend

The second release from Parador, this Napa Valley Red Wine is inspired by the great blended wines made at Vega Sicilia in the Ribera del Duero. A blend of great Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the dramatic Hossfeld Vineyard located in Soda Canyon, Sangiovese from the Voyager and Caldwell Vineyards in Napa and Tempranillo from Rhinefarm Vineyard, this wine has aged beautifully. It displays characteristics of wet stones, dried cherries, leather, currants and a wisp of lavender. 33 barrels produced. 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Sangiovese & 15% Tempranillo.
