Reserva cuvees are barrel-selected and aged at least an additional year in barrel – Total barrel aging is a minimum 3 years prior to bottling. The wine is then aged in bottle, totaling a minimum of 8 years of aging from the time of harvest. This deeply colored wine has many layers. It gives off notes of maraschino cherry, cedar, and violet on the nose with savory dark fruits and spices following on the palate.
