2010 Cloudburst Cabernet

A blend of 93% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7% Malbec, the very deep garnet-purple colored 2010 Cloudburst Cabernet Sauvignon shows off an alluring nose of crushed black currants and blackberries with underlying violet, cedar, marmite toast, chocolate and Mediterranean herb hints. Medium-bodied with taut, muscular and minty blackberry flavors, it is supported by firm, finely-grained tannins and lively acid before finishing harmoniously with persistent herbal-laced notes. Very promising start for this new property in Wilyabrup! Drink it now to 2022+. Only 1900 bottles of the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon were made.
