Lively, refreshing and food friendly, our non-oaked, non-malolactic 2010 Fighting Brothers Semillon offers vibrant white peach, citrus blossom and fig notes, a rich, slightly yeasty mouthfeel and a lingering, exotic, finish.
Our ironically named Fighting Brothers Semillon (an homage to my two sons) is actually a study in harmony. The nose is infused with white peach, citrus blossom, honey and fig, while the mouthfeel is a seamless blend of stone fruit, tropical notes and citrus oil ending with a crisp, yeasty finish. No oak. Just 88 cases produced.
