The 2014 George’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep ruby color and pleasing aromas of ripe raspberry, black cherry, cacao, cinnamon, and white pepper.  On the palate everything comes together to create a harmonious symphony of flavor that begs for another sip time after time.  This wine is perfect for casual enjoyment or pairing with any prime cut of beef.  Drink now or cellar for another 3-5 years to see how it develops. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged 22 months in French oak.
