WSI93+ Deep, dark garnet color and a bright ruby edge with aroma’s of black current, blackberry, plum and fresh herbs. Purity of fruit including cherry, plum, spicy peppery note’s supported by firm tannins. This wine is youthful with a long dry finish.
Grown on decomposed granite and shale soils in Jonkershoek Valley and Stellenbosch. Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation completed in French oak barrels. Aged in French oak barrels, 25% new, for 18 months before bottling.
