2014 Signorello ‘Estate’ Cabernet Sauvignon

Signorello’s 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is super-expressive, even though it was just bottled a month ago. Rose petal, mint, lavender, plum and succulent red cherry and tobacco all lift from the glass. Deep, dense and layered, the 2014 exudes class and finesse. The change towards a more understated style here is evident. The 80% new oak is nicely integrated.
RP90 In 2014 the yields were sightly higher than in 2015, and his 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate shows flattering, front-end loaded and pretty red and black fruits, a dense, dark ruby/purple-tinged color, medium to full body, sweet tannin and a rather Bordeaux-like lushness and elegance. Drink it over the next 15 or so years.
