2014 Yount Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon

The inaugural vintage is 97% Cabernet Sauvignon with a smidgen of Malbec and Merlot blended in.   This is Celia at her best!  Keeping with her traditional emphasis on texture, the wine is incredibly lush and velvety with seducing deep, dark, rich fruit, dark cocoa, a hint of vanilla, and an array of baking spices and sweet oak.   The tannins are supple and round, and the finish long and sensual.  Another amazing wine from Celia and certain to be the next cult wine coming from such a gifted and talented winemaker.  Extremely limited!
