2015 Calluna Bordeaux Blend

Black currant, black tea, graphite with a lilac note, rich mouthfeel and classy finish.
Calluna estate vineyard; 500-700′ elevation; clay and loam soils over fractured shale and sandstone. Farming Organically. 
Vinification: 47% Merlot, 26% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 9% Malbec, 8% Petit Verdot. Vinified in open-top tanks; 3 week fermentations before pressing to barrel.
