2015 Martinelli Pinot Noir

The 2015 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir has aromas of black cherry, sweet herbs and star anise, with a well-focused brightness. The palate entry is firm cherry and red plum with a silky overlay of fresh berry, spice, and notes of dark blue fruit in the finish. 
This wine is a blend of our vineyards from the northern Sonoma Coast in the Fort Ross – Seaview AVA. Carolyn Martinelli’s family homesteaded this property in the 1860’s, when her family came to California by wagon train and have been the owners ever since.
