2015 Peter Michael Chardonnay

The 2015 Chardonnay Mon Plaisir, another much smaller cuvée of only 1,290 cases versus the 1,826 in 2014, is made from Old Wente as well as Montrachet-sourced clones of Chardonnay. The 2015 Mon Plaisir is concentrated with notes of white peach, mango, pineapple jam and honeysuckle. It is intense, full-bodied, with less minerality and more tropical fruit than La Carrière. Anticipated maturity: now-2025.
