Incredibly enjoyable with or without food, our very Chablis-like 2015 Etre brims with bright fruit and crisp minerality .  Fresh notes of pineapple, white strawberry, lemon zest, white peach and nectar fan out on the palate, picking up an undertone of sweet cream; all of which is lifted through the crisp finish by lovely wet-stone acidity.   Enjoy upon release or cellar for up to 4-7 years. 620 cases.
