Estate Notes: The 2015 Enchantress Chardonnay comes from the 35+ year old Wente-clone chardonnay vines at French Creek Vineyard in the Yakima Valley AVA. Old World in style, it sees no new oak. Aging on the lees in all neutral oak french barrels, it has a wonderful creamy mouthfeel, great acidity, and delicate fruit.
