A selection of older-vine fruit from ‘Clos des Ormes’ plus declassified fruit from premier cru ‘Millandes’ in Morey-Saint-Denis. Hand-harvested. Fermented on indigenous yeasts in tank. Aged in older French oak barrels (15% new) for 18 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
