2016 Remoissenet Burgundy

Estate-owned vines, cared for biodynamically, from two villages-level plots, ‘Les Jacquines’ and ‘Au Dessus de la Riviere,’ which both sit south of the village. Hand-harvested. Fermented on indigenous yeasts in opentop fermenters and aged in older French oak barrels (350L). Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
