2016 Remoissenet White Burgundy

Aromas of crisp pear, lemon zest and minerals. Fresh and lively, with a silky texture; flavors of lime zest, white fruit. Hand-harvested. Pressed full cluster then fermented on indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks. Aged in older French oak barrels.
