2016 Valdez Chardonnay

This rich and creamy chardonnay fills the pallet and presents flavors of golden apple, lemon-cream, vanilla, and subtle toasted oak notes. Fermented with wild native yeast, this wine is aged sur lees for 15 months in 100% French Oak (20% new) before being bottled un-fined and unfiltered.
