Our 2017 Sauvignon Blanc shows pretty minerality layered with tropical and stone fruit aromatics. The palate follows the nose and is full of verve with lively acidity and citrus. The bright nature of this wine is tempered with the addition of 10% Semillion, giving the wine a richer texture. The wine is barrel fermented in French oak with a bit of battonage to add weight and density to the wine. 8 Months in Once used French Oak (Barrel Fermented)
