The finest Grenache clusters were selected from hillside blocks of Folded Hills. Then, the vast majority from Angela’s favorite vines, the Grenache clone 362, were pressed whole cluster to capture vibrant acidity. A small portion of the more savory Alban selection of Grenache was gently crushed and left on skins for 24 hours to bring a faint, salmon-pink hue and depth of flavor to the wine. Once pressed, the two clones were fermented together naturally with ambient yeast. It was bottled before Spring, ready to enjoy with all your fresh foods of the season. The result is a vibrant, mouthwatering rosé with refreshing flavor.
