2017 Oro Bello ‘Rose Gold’ Rosé

A refreshingly light, dry rosé with a fragrant bouquet of white cherry blossoms and aromas of white peach and red currant that linger on and on. Our goal was to achieve a richer, spicier rosé remenisent of the French Bandol style. We added a touch of Sauvignon blanc to our Syrah to increase aromatic freshness and complexity. Unlike most rosés (that are notorioius for using a lot of chemicals to top drop bitterness and color like PVPP or carbon, as well as other fining agents), our wine contains only grapes, yeast, oak and the absolute minimum amount of sulfites necessary.  1272 cases produced.
