2018 Groom Sauvignon Blanc

The 2018 is a myriad of apple, citrus, fig and pear with some dominant passion fruit and grassy characters. The palate is deliciously crisp, dry and refreshing and very easy to drink. Our alcohol is a little lower than previous years giving a slightly lighter style, the good news is…you can drink more. Beware! 
The fruit for our Sauvignon Blanc wine is 100% from our own vineyard. Our estate is located in the small town of Lenswood and is solely planted to Sauvignon Blanc which we feel the topography, climate and soils are best suited to. The rolling hills of the picturesque vineyard creates pockets of varying flavors which we harvest separately and then blend.
