WSI93+ JS93 Pear skin, lemon zest, cooked apple and crushed stones on the nose. It’s medium-to full-bodied with bright acidity and a creamy texture. Firm, focused finish. Some sorbet, too. 77% sauvignon blanc, 16% semillon and 7% sauvignon blanc musqué. Barrel fermented and aged in used French oak. Drink or hold.
