2015 Patric Rion Bourgogne Blanc

Our white Burgundy has a crystal clear, limpid appearance, frequently with green tints. This wine shows in its youth white flowers, lilies and ferns, which evolve into notes of hazelnut. As it ages, the wine shows honeyed, sometimes buttery accents, with additional aromas of spice and sugared chestnuts, and often mentholated fruits.

2014 Viña Aquitania Lazuli Cabernet

his is balsamic, a little earthy and especially elegant, insinuating rather than in-your-face. The palate is very sleek, with super refined tannins and very good freshness. This was the last Lazuli blended by the late Paul Pontallier of Château Margaux. This certainly over delivers for the price asked.

2015 Collosorbo Rosso di Montalcino Brunello

Elegant and smooth, with cherry, soy and leather flavors matched to a silky texture. The ample structure shows up on the tobacco- and mineral-tinged finish, which lingers nicely. Drink now through 2020

2017  Groom Sauvignon Blanc

What emerges from this clean, uncomplicated winemaking approach is a wine with brilliant acidity and flavors that balance citrus with floral.
