NV Bocelli Rosé

This Rosé is as gorgeous as it is delicious. The bubbles are tiny, numerous, pleasant to the palate, creating a lilting quality to the inviting sweet-tartness of the fruits. The color is derived from Pinot Noir, given life by the Prosecco, and longevity by the Chardonnay. It has an elegant, dry style, but has a ripeness that is pleasing, and perfect for an aperatif. An absolutely spectacular, traditional method rose bubbly from the personal estate of Andrea Bocelli and his brother, Alberto Bocelli.
