NV Louis Barthelemy Zero Dosage Topaze Champagne

40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay 
In 1923, Russian Princess Baudry fled Moscow and its revolutionary unrest for Epernay and founded Baudry, Lebrun & Cie. In 2002, the estate was acquired by Jean-Barthélémy Chancel, the son of a wine making family from the Rhone. At only 25, Jean-Barthélémy was the youngest champagne négociant of his generation. As a symbol of the rebirth of the estate, he renamed the winery Louis Barthélémy and moved the winery to Aÿ.  Louis Barthélémy champagnes are made from carefully selected grapes from diverse terroirs. All the wines are characterized by a lower dosage and longer lees-aging. Each wine is named after a precious stone.
