California’s first winery dedicated to a single varietal – Cabernet Sauvignon and also the first to price a bottle over $100, Diamond Creek paved the way for today’s Napa Valley Cult Cabs. Winemaker Phil Steinschriber has been at the helm for over 25 years crafting Napa Valley’s most collected and beloved cabernets. In 2004 Phil started his own cabernet project Watermark, with a mission to make wines at a reasonable price so that everyone can enjoy. And one thing remains the same, this man knows Napa Cab!
