2014 Wolf’s Head Cabernet Sauvignon: Dark cherries and black currants dominate the mid-palate and carry through into the long finish with some cedar notes. This wine shows great fruit extraction and a characteristically long finish that leaves one wanting more.
2009 Wolf’s Head Iberia Red Blend: Aged for two years in French and Hungarian Oak barrels, Wolf’s Head Iberia has a deep ruby colour with a dark core of magenta, lovely nose of cherry, hints of oak and cigar box with a sweet plum note. The palate is full bodied, rich with great texture and balance, finishing long and creamy.
Wolf’s Head Ruby Port: The flavor is all about dried figs, cherries and berries with enough acid bite to make the fruit and spice sing Christmas carols. The long chorus of plum pudding will cap off a luxurious meal and compliment a beautiful cheese plate.
