2014 Lioco Pinot Noir Cerise Vyd. Anderson Valley

The 2014 Pinot Noir Cerise is a very pretty wine. In this vintage, winemaker John Raytek added a bit more whole clusters, which really seems to bring out the wine’s aromatic profile nicely. A host of dark red and blue stone fruit, lavender, cinnamon and mint notes flesh out in a gentle, inviting Pinot built on delicacy. The finish tapers off just a bit, but otherwise, this is a fine Pinot that shows the more feminine side of Anderson Valley
