This smooth, rich, full-bodied chardonnay fills the palate with juicy citrus, lemon-honey tart, vanilla and subtle hints of toasty oak. Fermented with wild native yeast and aged for 15 months in 100% French Oak (20% new) before being bottled un-fined and unfiltered. Fruit sourced from the following vineyards on the Sonoma Coast: Lancel Creek, Silver Eagle, Campbell and Laguna. Consulting winemaker is Mark Aubert.
