2015 WATERMARK Cabernet Sauvignon Mt. Veeder Napa Valley

WA92 Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Mount Veeder has evolving notes of blackberry preserves, crème de cassis and warm plums with cigar box, incense and exotic spice hints. The palate is medium to full-bodied with a firm, grainy texture and lovely harmony giving a lot of spicy fruit on the finish.
Estate Notes: This cabernet sauvignon has aromas of cassis, bittersweet chocolate and vanilla with notes of cedar and cherry tobacco.  Toasted oak comes through to complete this full bodied wine.  The entry is sweet with a plum and cassis character continuing to please the palate as the vanilla, oak, chocolate and toast notes come to play.  This wine is great now but can be laid down for 10 years or beyond. 50 cases produced.
