WSI94 WE93 This lush and lovely Chardonnay is bursting with apple, peach, tangerine and honeydew. A light dusting of cinnamon spice contributes to a full-throttle, lingering finish. Decant this, and it will open up beautifully.
Estate Notes: Brilliant, light golden straw, developed bouquet of tropical notes, lychee, pear, fresh ginger root, custard, yeasty, viscous, and racy on the palate, finishes with chalk and pine resin. Hand harvested, night pick, native yeast, native malolactic fermentation, unfined and unfiltered. 100% barrel fermentation. Aged 15 months in French oak; 33% Francois Frères. 59 cases produced.
