An elegant yet powerful blend of Negroamaro, Primitivo, and Malvasia Nera from the Salento Peninsula. Because they never overripen, this small estate always showcases enormous terroir behind their fruit, and this rare seasonal production (700 cases made) is no exception.
A true explosion of fruit and spice aromas awaits the connoisseur. Color: Light, ripe red. Bouquet: Inviting elderberry rose notes, taste: distinctly aromatic, smooth.
There are few, if any, winemakers in Puglia making better wine. Due to this estate’s proximity to the sea, the value of Southern coastal reds is that they pair as readily with seafood as they will with hearty meats.
The Palamà family vineyard was founded by Arcangelo Palamà in 1936. A family of Greek origins, they settled in Italy about two thousand years ago, and have been making wine ever since!
