2018 Picayune Albariño

Fresh apple on the nose. The palate is smooth and juicy with peach and mango flavors. The wine shows a lot of texture with a nice balance and finish. Rich, fresh and generous. Drink on its own or pair with seafood(try ceviche!), spicy food and anything that inspires you. Vineyard: Rusty Gate Farm in the Russian River Valley. The soil is drained Goldridge Soil (sandy loam soil). The vineyard is planted alongside heirloom peach and apple orchards that date back to the late 19th century. Appellation: Russian River Valley Varietal: 100% Albariño Fermentation: 100% in neutral French oak barrels, stir on the lies and aged 5 months
