2019 Henry Fessy ‘Maître Bonhome’ Viré-Clessé Maconnais Bourgogne Blanc

WSI93+ JS91 Peach, dried-pineapple, hazelnut and crushed-chalk aromas. It’s full-bodied and dense with balanced acidity and creamy, ripe layers.
Estate Notes: Our Viré-Clessé “Maître Bonhome” reveals a nice pale yellow gold colour. The nose is expressive with notes of fleshy white fruits, honey and white flowers. In the mouth, it is ample and balance to give a generous and delicate wine. Nice freshness. Average Vine Age 25  years. Soil composition Clay & limestone. Stainless steel for 8-10 months with control of temperatures. 100% malolactic fermentation.
