Grapes are grown at more than 1,000 meters above sea levels, on the foothills of Mount Lebanon, in the Hadath Baalbeck area on Chalky clay soils. Hand harvested into crates and sorted on tables. 100% destemmed, then fermented for 20-30 days in temperature controlled oak vats. Aged for 20-22 months in large oak vats.
