WSI92 This blend dominated by Grenache is classic Provence rosé. With its pale color, crisp texture, and bright acidity, the wine is packed with red fruits and a refreshing texture.
From the Côtes De Provence wine region, Henri Gaillard 2020 a dry and vibrant southern French rosé produced from Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan and Syrah grapes. Enticing on the nose with pink florals, fine herbs and strawberry aromas, medium-bodied and fresh on the palate with red berry fruit, cherry, rhubarb, dried herbs and a fresh citrusy finish. Chill and enjoy on its own or pour with grilled chicken breasts. Rosé food pairings: barbequed chicken wings, dry pork spare ribs, salads topped with grilled chicken. (Natalie Maclean review)
