Upon the first taste, you will have the juicy sensation of biting into a freshly ripe bartlett pear. A smooth and soft transition through the mid-palate with lead you through to light bright notes of guava, mint, and freshly squeezed limes on the finish. 100% Stainless steel fermentation, aged 7 months in neutral barrels. 1900 cases produced.
