2020 Montagu Carneros Napa Valley Chardonnay

Montagu Wines’ Chardonnay hails exclusively from the cool Carneros region of the Napa Valley. The wine is bright, powerful, and fruit-driven with notes of white peach, honeyed apricots, and lemon curd with hints of candied citrus. This wine was fermented in French barrels and spent twenty-one months in barrel leading to wonderfully balanced oak integration while lees stirring developed rich complexity.
