A classic ‘tar and roses’ Barbaresco and a beautiful showing of what Nebbiolo can be at a superb value. The 2020 vintage was a supreme one and this is already drinkable at a young age, but capable of cellaring for many more. There is wonderful elegance here, with finely integrated tannins and that classic brick-red color that we love so much from these wines.
TASTING NOTES: Aromas of black cherries, licorice, game, light
smoke; full-bodied and concentrated yet balanced, with moderate tannins
and good length.
