2021 Domaine Courbis Saint-Peray AC

JD92 Honeyed orange, ripe citrus, and peach notes all emerge from the 2021 Saint-Péray Le Tram, a medium-bodied, clean, vibrant white that shows the purity and elegance of the vintage. It’s terrific today and will be terrific in 3-4 years as well.
Estate Notes: 50% Marsanne, 50% Roussanne. 2,500 bottles approximately. Aging in stainless steel vats for 60% of the volume and in barrels of 2 wines for 40%. Weekly stirring until the end of malolactic fermentation. Maturing on fine lees until the spring following the harvest. Bottling after 10 to 12 months of ageing.
