Fresh apple on the nose.  The palate is smooth and juicy with peach and mango flavors. The wine shows a lot of texture with a nice balance and finish. Rich, fresh and generous. Drink on its own or pair with seafood (try ceviche!), poultry, spicy food and anything that inspires you. 100% in neutral French oak and stainless steel barrels.
