JD99 Unfortunately, there are a scant 50 cases (two barrels) of the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville Signature Series, a riveting Cabernet Sauvignon that does everything right. Aged 23 months in new French oak, it’s a big, rich, full-bodied effort with tons of both red and black fruits as well as some floral and incense-like nuances that blossom with air. It’s concentrated, has incredible mid-palate density, ultra-fine tannins, and a great finish.
