2022 Peirson Meyer ‘Untitled #15’ Chardonnay Sonoma County

The Untitled #15 Chardonnay achieves a perfect balance of richness, acidity and elegance through the art of blending. The palate is full of ripe tropical notes and orange oil, laced with silky sweet spices. The finish is long, seductive and persistent on the palate. As with our other Chardonnays the Untitled evolves in the glass and in the cellar beautifully.
Production: 75 cases Sonoma County. Harvested in October 2021 Barrel Fermented. Wild Yeast Fermentation, Malolactic Fermentation. 40% New French Oak. Barrel Aged 14 Months (sur lees)
