VIN93 The 2023 Pinot Noir Baker Ranch from Anderson Valley is a richer darker wine in the context of this range. Layers of cola spice bitter black cherry and incense settle with nice weight on the mid-palate leading to a chewy tannic finish that will need some time to soften. Give this a couple of years in the cellar or at least a very long decant then reap the rewards.
WA93 The 2023 Pinot Noir Baker Ranch Vineyard has slowly opening scents of red cherries cranberries fennel mossy bark and potpourri. The medium-bodied palate features perfumed earth-laced flavors. It’s framed by soft chalky tannins and bright acidity and has a long layered finish.
