2023 Clos du Caillou ‘Bouquet des Garrigues’ Côtes du Rhone

40% Clairette, 15% Grenache Blanc, 15% Viognier, 15% Roussanne, 15% Bourbolenc. Estate vines are located within the
estate’s “clos,” vineyards surrounded by a stone wall. Soils are sandy, with large quartz stones; southern “garrigue,” or herbs
such as thyme and rosemary, grow profusely here. Hand-harvested. Pressed full cluster. Juice settles overnight in temperature-
controlled tanks. Fermented on indigenous yeasts in tank. Aged in tank on fine lees for four months.
