Mollydooker ‘The Boxer’ Shiraz South Australia

The 2022 Boxer boasts a robust foundation of dark fruit, black cherries, moccha, and a hint of clove spice that comes alive in the glass. Its velvety texture delivers notes of fresh plum, balanced tannins, and a subtle touch of toasted oak, all of which enhance the richness of the fruit. This wine offers a complex experience with multiple layers that are sure to impress.

Domaine Les Hautes Cances Cairanne

JS93 A dense and focused blend of grenache, syrah, mourvedre and cinsault. It shows notes of sweet cherries, strawberries, wild herbs and baking spices. It’s full-bodied with fine, firm tannins. Tense core of sweet berries and spices mingle at the center. It is well-built and has a spicy edge on the palate, bringing plenty of energy. Fruity and slightly chewy on the finish at this stage.
