2012 Dark Matter ‘Limitless’ Cabernet Sauvignon Howell Mountain

This pleasantly intoxicating berry aroma is complimented with scents of a newly opened cigar box, subtle tobacco leaves, green tea, and cooking spices. It is no exaggeration that this wine is full bodied with plush, youthful tannins and bright acidity, while revealing layers of finesse and balance. This affluent Cabernet Sauvignon initially graces the tongue with flavors of white and black pepper followed by cassis, dark berries and bittersweet dark chocolate. A satisfying palate, this mountain cabernet finishes with soft tones of oak, cooking spices and velvety tannins.
