2014 Montagu ‘The Baron’ Cabernet Sauvignon Rutherford

A big and rich Cabernet. Savory herbs and dark fruit highlight the aromatics while cassis, violets, graphite and mocha fill out the palate. This wine is approachable young with a decant but will cellar and evolve for many years. 100% new French oak and 29 months of barrel aging created a wine of deep complexity and great length.
