Fine tannins on the finish, thinly veiled with persistent fresh red fruit, that linger harmoniously. A balancing, youthful spark sings through the plate and finish – a reminder of Ruben’s effort to pock ripe yet lively and high acid fruit. 100% Syrah, aged 18 months in natural French oak barrels. 1500 cases produced.
